No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time and with factors like traffic or a clean taking longer, it is difficult to give an accurate time of day. We do however send a heads up text when we are on our way to you next.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every day will be available in your area, we can generally offer 2 options to best fit your schedule.

Yes, we love dogs! If you have an aggressive dog or if he/she shows signs of aggression while we are cleaning, then we will ask to have them inside while we clean. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority.

We double bag the waste and place it in the customers trash can or neatly at the side of the house for garbage day.
